PARYLENE - C
Most used as standard grade
- Excellent gas barrier ability and mechanical properties
- Excellent electrical and chemical properties
- Thermal stability: 120℃ (in air), 260℃ (in vacuum)
- Very good thickness uniformity
- Very good growth rate of the coating film
- Standards such as MIL-I-46058C, IPC-CC-830B, UL94 V-0, FDA DRUG AND DEVICE MASTER FILES, USP CLASS VI BIO COM-PATIBILITY AND SIO 10993 for medical devices
PARYLENE - N
Halogen-free grade
- Excellent electrical properties (low dielectric constant and dielectric constant)
- Diffusion and lubrication of deep gaps (rubber products applied)
- Thermal stability: 100℃ (in air), 240℃ (in vacuum)
- Very good thickness uniformity
- The growth rate of the coating film is very slow (1/5 of PARYLENE-C)
- Applied to coating less than 10㎛
- Obtained USP CLASS VI BIO COMPATIBILITY standard
PARYLENE - F
- Very low dielectric constant
- Excellent thermal stability
- Thermal stability: 250℃ (in air), 400℃ (in vacuum)
- Very good thickness uniformity
- The growth rate of the coating film is very slow (1/30 of PARYLENE-C)
- Applied to coating less than 5㎛
